Janet Lavender is the Founder and Executive Director of a non-profit organization Well Suited(parent company of FuturePath), a transformative initiative designed to empower young individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in higher education and their chosen careers. With a passion for education and mentorship, Janet has dedicated her career to helping others unlock their full potential.
